26 March 8.30am - Ayr - West FM & South West Sound FM
10am - Glasgow - Clyde 1
10.30am - STV @ Clyde FM [sTV is ITV station for Central Scotland, so may be a tv interview for local news]
11.30am - Glasgow - Forth One [we think this one might actually be in Edinburgh]
4.30pm - Newcastle - Metro FM
5.30pm - Gateshead - Century FM
