Floz
He'll be a hell of a lot better in it that the person who played Warner when I saw this a few months back.
Val4Gareth
That would have been Ray Quinn wouldn't it Floz. If it was, I definitely agree with you. I think Ray is a terrible performer.
Floz
No it wasn't. The only 'name' in it when I saw it was Liz McLarnon (sp?) from Atomic Kitten
Val4Gareth
Wonder who that was then. What was the actual show like. Any good?
Floz
I'm the wrong person to ask as I'm not a huge fan of this type of musical. I thought it was light and fluffy nonsense with no storyline worth talking about ......but generally the audience loved it. its won tons of awards I think on the West End
Val4Gareth
Yes, I read about the awards on one of the articles. I'm sure it will be more enjoyable being able to listen to Gareth singing. Apparntly its an all singing show again.
eternal
Wow where did this come from? Great news. Looking forward to it. Glad to see it confirmed too. Here are the Tour dates http://www.legallybl...tour/tour-info/ I can feel a 'Can't afford a new frock year coming on'!! Edits to say: If this begins on 17th what about Momentous Musicals on 19th?? Floz
What I shame. I notice he joins just as it leaves Bradford ! I would presume he will be let off for MM as its prearranged. I see from the tour details that in some places they have 3 matinees in a week. Blimey - they work them hard.
Khelda
Great news, and looking at the venues Gareth will be appearing, Oxford sounds a possibility for me.

Val I am replying to yourself with your post in the Momentous Musical thread; Gareth is still going to be doing Momentous Musicals even though he's signed to do Legally Blonde. They agreed to it before Gareth signed up for it. Brilliant for those going. What a brill week for anyone going to Oxford and MM. Heather shame Gareth is unable to join till after Bradford but that's Loserville for you.
Guest NicolaJayne
Just seen this fantastic news, I have been going to book this musical for ages, so pleased I didn't. Milton Keynes is my nearest venue.

Guest NicolaJayne
I would advise anyone booking for Legally Blonde to do so A S A P as its quite booked up, I was told tickets have been on sale for some time. I ended up booking the circle as only Premium seats were available and that was for a Wednesday matinee.
Snowdrop
Wow, Gareth will be busy. It is a shame that Gareth is missing out on the Bradford leg of the tour, but I bet he'll be rehearsing with the cast that week. No time to catch his breath before starting his next job. And a relief that he's still doing Momentous Musicals. Thanks for the tip about buying tickets Elaine. It's a popular show. Nothing near me unfortunately, so I'll have to work out if I can travel. I don't think Warner is a particularly big part. It's one of the principals, but Elle is very obviously the star of the show.

KGates
This is great news, and really hope to be able to go see the show. Gareth is going to be so busy they year, bless him! Thanks to everyone who has posted info about this. It's great for everyone to have something else to look forward too, and hope lots are able to go! It is a shame about the Bradford date, but the other northern dates in either York and Manchester would be great for me but I've noticed they're at the beginning of September and I'm not sure if I'll have started Uni by then. If I have I might try go to see it at the New Wimbledon.

Suzie
Great news for Gareth but a Shame for me as it has just played Belfast a few months ago. Already seen it in the Westend with Lee Mead he was rather good. Wasn't keen on the musical myself though.
