I was there too! For last night's show. Not got much to add though, apart from how amazing he was! That voice. I'd forgotten just how good it is, lol. He did really really well. Very proud. :heart: And afterwards at the stage door. He was just so lovely to everyone, so gracious and his usual friendly self, posing for photos and signing things. I took a few photos, but they were on my phone so not the best quality. And one of me and the star of the show, thanks to Maggiemags :smile: (Sorry I look so hideous!)

It was so lovely to see him on TV again. He was really funny and very gorgeous...and obviously went down a storm with the Loose Women (and audience). Very proud :smile: Thanks for putting the video on here, Snowdrop, I can't stop watching it!

Got my copy this morning, and really enjoyed reading it all and looking at the pictures. Definitely done very tastefully, I got really emotional reading it! It looked like such a great day, really glad it got covered the way it deserved to be by OK. And Gareth looks so so thrilled in every photo, bless him. I want to get married now! Lol!

Was a lovely little interview, but his speech wasn't the best - he looked quite uncomfortable in a way, kept glancing away when he didn't realise the camera was on him. Was looking gorgeous though, and can't wait to see this week's routine!

He's just a star. It's natural anyone in their right mind would want to watch him! I recorded it and when I went back to edit out the bits I didn't want last night didn't even watch the rest of them. :tongue:

Wow! Thank you so much for those. Summer of '69 is possibly one of my favourite songs of all time, so was great to see him perform it! I'd love it if he'd record it one day. Looked like a great day - so glad everyone who went had such an amazing time. What a star.

He was absolutely amazing. I'd never seen him perform in such a small place like that, and he was just fantastic. That voice. Well. I'm speechless. (Yep, Maggie, you read right :tongue:) He came on at 5:03 (according to my camera!) and was just stunning. Loving the clothes, lol. At the signing he was just lovely as well, when I had my photo taken with him I forgot for a moment who he was, and when I realised I was next to Gareth I suddenly got all conscious and started shaking, lol! But he was so lovely. Took over 40 photos (am going to post the best ones, they're all very similar), a couple of short videos on my camera (and one on my phone but can't upload that for some reason) and a full video of the whole performance (a million thanks to Maggiemags for that!) OK I've just spent ages uploading and it won't work. Getting the video onto Youtube and then on here as well as the pics is proving a bit difficult. Can anyone give me a hand?

Overall just very happy we've finally got this album - it's been a hell of a long time! There are some tracks I absolutely love, and a few that are going to grow on me I think. New Kid in Town's my favourite, just love that thing he does when he sings 'healing', lol. Also like Pictures of the Other Side, and the rocky bits of Lost In You. Electric's good too, especially like the crowd clapping in the background when it finishes! Have to say I'm not overly keen on Talking Minds, it gets too repetitive towards the end and just sounds a bit like he ran out of ideas after a while! Afterglow is a bit repetitious too. (Am liking the 'it goes roooound' bits though, lol!)

I have to agree with that - I expected Lorraine's article to be really glowing, and I felt a bit let down having read it. But then I worry that with all these surprisingly positive reviews and articles we're getting a bit blaze and are expecting everyone's views to be nothing but positive?
