Floz
Not sure we have seen any clips from the west end production with Gareth before (or maybe we have and I just don't remember) This has just been posted on Youtube <iframe width="420" height="345" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/eEs68mpcxsQ" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>
Khelda
What a brilliant find Floz. I had not been able to see the West End version, so this for me was especially great.

Val4Gareth
Great find Floz. Brings bake lovely memories from Les Mis and also reminds me how good Gareth is for Musical Theatre. I really hope he does more in the future.

sbowns1
I still think Gareth is more suited to musical theatre than pop stuff. I still love both though!! I'm praying he goes back into the west end next year !!
Yorksheather
Great find Floz, I enjoyed watching and found it interesting as I didn't go to The West End Production
Guest NicolaJayne
Brilliant find I also think Gareths voice is really suited to musical theatre and hope he goes back to it in the future. He has much more to offer there.
eternal
This is quite a find thanks. What a lovely surprise when they pop up. Yes I am hoping does another similar role to this in theatre sometime in the future too but am loving reading everyone else enjoying him for the moment.

eternal
This is fab and how clear is it? I love Enjrolas too, as well as Gareth. Thanks for finding it and keeping the thread going. These are precious.

Val4Gareth
Well found Chris. We're gradually getting them all. Gareth's voice still amazes me in that show and I definitely like his costume from Queens better than the blue one.
eternal
Do you? I much prefer the touring costume - the blue one. Yes his voice is pretty good, isn't it?
sbowns1
Nooo the blue Tour costume was far nicer...The black costume from the Queens looks like it hasn't been fitted properly D-: !!
Snowdrop
I agree! The blue colour suited him better, but also the fit and everything worked better. Probably because the jacket was actually made to fit him, whereas the black one from Queen's will have come from a cupboard and he'd have been given the one that fitted him best. I thought the same about his barricade outfit too - the waistcoat was a bit shabby at Queen's.
sbowns1
Yeah that's true....I wonder what they do with all the costumes once a touring production is over...maybe recycle& re-use them somewhere?
Snowdrop
As the UK set was going to Spain, I wouldn't be surprised if some of the costumes went too. I remember the documentary about Les Mis over Christmas last year that mainly followed Matt Lucas as he prepared to play Thenardier and he was was given a whole load of different former Thenardier clothes to try, including all of the old hats. They definitely keep them somewhere!

eternal
What a treat to see this close up. A great find. Is this from the West End production with Lucie? I prefer Sam Barkes I think.
sbowns1
Nope its Samantha Barks as Eponine, Lucie Jones played Cosette !
Val4Gareth
Thanks Floz. One of my favourite scenes from Les Mis, Don't think Sam Barkes facial expressions portray the right emotions in some parts of that video. Think I preferred Rosalnd on the tour.
