I know Kate Hardcastle ,( who Gareth is also pictured with )She has won Tescos Enterprising Mum Of The Year ,she set up the Charity Dreamgirls , who some of us on here went to see in Halifax a few years ago , when she showed a video of Gareth wishing everyone good luck for the show , which was soul and motown . Good news on the album front and interesting to hear him say he'd like to be in Phantom and Wicked, but he didn't mention Miss Saigon. Wonder if that was deliberate. (fingers crossed). His mom is super, duper for fostering 60 children in 22 years. I take my hat off to her. Lovely to hear from Gareth about his album and which roles he would like to do in musical theatre. On Sunday we played London and I also managed to spend some time with my Mum and took her to a very special event. Here’s a great photo of me and her at the recording of the Mum of the Year awards. It was a great day at The Savoy. Some of the achievements of the mothers there were just incredible – a really humbling experience. Only a very short bit of Gareth when he presented the award and he only said a few words and had a joke when Fiona asked him about his little one meaning Missy and Gareth took it the wrong way. Gareth did well with his speech , I think the audience laughed first before Gareth got 'it' that he had a little one .
