maria_1981 Posted August 12, 2014 Report Share Posted August 12, 2014 He tweeted this morning to say London bound for an appointment about his vocal cords, this afternoon his friend Matt Daines tweeted to say a cheeky lunch with his partner in crime but reckons its going to be all sign language, so sounds like things are not really any better it would be heartbreaking for us and of course him if he couldn't sing again iv'e been upset about the thought but sure he'll be fine and he's just been put on vocal rest for now. maria_1981 Posted August 15, 2014 Report Share Posted August 15, 2014 I agree its dragging on a bit now Elaine as after reading your post I went to look at when he originally lost his voice and had a few days break before performing again at Butlins for a couple of nights and had to stop again, it was July 20th when he tweeted about it so its nearly a month ago and by the sounds of things its not improving. Gareth's schedule at the moment consists of three consecutive concerts. This may well be too much too soon. An article HERE details how other artists have had to cancel both concerts and tours to recover their voices. On a positive note. Gareth has replied to a question: " How's Your Voice?"............
