Thanks for posting Val, I agree about the cancellations as its 100% necessary that he is recovered for this musicals tour and of course in general anyway because his voice is far too precious.

Awww bless you Chris and Linda, it was lovely of you to get a poster singed for Val, I did see i think it was Linda getting a poster signed and I could tell he was writing more than just a name then love Gareth like he was on people's generally so that must of been yours Val.

I hope Gareth can get his voice fully recovered soon, I still feel sad that he has to miss out the high notes, I think what gets him through the rockier songs is he gets the people to join in a lot,otherwise I definitely agree it would be best he sticks to ballads for now but guess he can't really do that at the Haven camps as its more a party setting.

Regarding Jai, the cow shed mention, i'd like to think was just made jokingly and he may think a lot of Gareth but his voice is not a patch on Gareth's, when I heard him sing All of Me I was thinking that meant Gareth wouldn't be singing it which I was pleased when he including it in a medley which ended with That's When You Know, Gareth singing it was in a totally different league.

Thank you so much Chris and Linda for your reports was nice to see you both there, both very detailed reports, there's not really much to add as I agree with what you both say but i'll share the pics I taken, its only 4 of him performing near the end because they said no camera's allowed and I didn't spot anyone else taking any earlier, I understand when they say no flash as that can be off putting to the performers.

Thanks for sharing Lisa's lovely pics from the gig love them, could do with a new camera myself as mine never come out as clear, or i'll try taking them on my mobile but can't see that being much better although its quicker at taking pics than the camera.

I emailed Gareth's management the other day and I got an email back today saying, Yes he is, we were just asked to remove the press release as it contained Keith Harris who sadly died last week.

That's what i was thinking it appears like he isn't doing much at all until later in the year when the musicals tour starts then panto,or rather until august when he's doing quite a lot of gigs in other holiday camps.

I saw that tweet too Chris after i had asked Gareth when the tour starts so iv'e now sent him one saying have a fab first gig etc, I also wondered why its not confirmed on his FB or site but then I guess, like you say it being only for holiday makers anyway, they probably feel they don't really need to confirm it. Off topic from Haven but likewise i don't understand why the 17th April gig is still on his events page and on is website when its been cancelled as there's a couple of people I know were going who got emails telling them of the cancellation, suppose it doesn't really matter as if people go to book, they will find its cancelled anyway but it should be removed from the sites.

Thank you for your lovely report Doris i'm glad you was able to go, it is worrying about his voice though hearing that he was still struggling with his voice in parts and rubbing his throat, I asked him on Twitter if his voice has fully recovered and he said no, that he is getting there but it could take up to a year I felt like saying that's worrying but just told him to take care instead.

Its something to do with a bikini shoot, post hysterectomy, she was apparently at the mum of the year awards, I think its supposed to be showing women that just because they had an operation, doesn't mean they can't still look good and feel good about themselves, unsure how Gareth got involved but it seems Ali is her manager as well and they are working together on the Montana tan thing which was why I first thought it was for this.
