Radio 1 are counting down the top 150 songs of the "millenium" today on Radio 1. They started at 7am, and will keep going until 7pm. Gareth is bound to be in there a few times EDIT - AOU on now. Text 81199 to tell Reggie Anyone of Us is a great song.

Remember this? Chenoa was the winner of one of the Spanish singing talent shows, and this version of What My Heart Wants to Say was included on her album, and here they are singing it together.

I know - I put it on YouTube. And I posted the links for the clips in the first post of this thread! I just thought people might like to know it was on, and to watch it on iPlayer, because it's always better quality, and because the BBC record the number of views, so it's always better if fans watch it on an official media player so long as there is an opportunity to do so. That's why we always prefer to wait until a show is no longer available on iPlayer of ITVplayer before uploading ourselves.

I've never listened to this radio station, so I can't be sure, but I know it's quite common to have a feature where the DJs have to interview a surprise guest with no proper preparation. It's always a worry that the DJ won't be sure who they are - even when they've been told, which is probably why they think it's funny. Good job they know Gareth! And I agree that it's wonderful that Gareth has all of these new opportunities to talk about his work these days.

I thought it might be the same place as they did the Loserville launch, as there were exposed bricks in the photos from that. I think they are keen for people to like and share the page and clip on YouTube as it's all good advertising for the show. I got the impression from something I read somewhere (not sure where) that there will be more cast announced for the show, but the way it's being set up, it's going to have a lot of Gareth. I think it will be a real treat for those who can make it.

It's common for the first few shows of a new run to be cheaper. In theory, it's because they are less practiced, and there is more likely to be a technical hitch, so they make them cheaper so you can't complain if it's not super-polished. In practice, I think it's to encourage people to go early in the run, and get bums on seats, so word of mouth can get going. There is probably a press night one night, which usually marks the start of full price tickets. It's also common for changes to be made to the show during previews as they see how an audience reacts and if things work as well as expected.
