  1. Thanks - listening now! :frantics:

For those of us who couldn't watch, give us some clues. What was he wearing? What was he doing? Every detail is essential!

Thank you so much Maggiemags - just listened again - still fantastic !!! I am still sad it didn't tape for me.

Snowdrop - Gareth wore his Joseph coat to sing Close every door and a white shirt for the interview.

  2. My daughters and I caught an early train from Manchester and after spending the afternoon sightseeing we headed to the theatre on Saturday evening where we had arranged to meet up to say hello to Maggiemags, Snowdrop, Floz and Vicky. It was lovely to meet other Gareth fans for the first time and to put faces to the names on here. They made us very welcome.

We had great seats in the stalls, they were row O and we had a really good view.

It was nice not to be apprehensive about Gareth's performance, having read all the glowing reports from others who had already seen his performances. I thought Gareth was wonderful (no surprise there!!!) His voice was beautiful as always and his acting was really good too - I can't believe how little experience he has had to have become so accomplished already.I thoroughly enjoyed the whole show. After the show I was anxious to hear my daughters' opinion for although they like Gareth, I knew they would give me an honest opinion. Anyway, they thought he was really, really good too - so that made me very happy!

We had another busy sightseeing day today too and arrived home tonight , tired but happy!!!

Lovely to read all the other reports and see the photos, thank you.

  3. Yipee - I can get on the boards today. What a lovely experience for you Linda.

I went on Friday night - Had a great time - Gareth was on top form, scoring 25.5. He looked gorgeous and really looked like he was enjoying himself. His skating was perfect - one of the judges said he was a superstar! ( which we all knew anyway of course) Peter Kay was the guest judge, and, as you can imagine threw the judging into chaos - largely basing his marks on the music and in Linda's case, awarded a 6.00 - because she asked him to backstage lol)

Really enjoyed the show but no close encounters to report.

Thanks to all for the reports - it's only when I have tried to do one myself that I have realized how difficult it is to recall all the details - I can't remember who said what now.
