  1. I agree with you about the interview Chris - there's definitely a sarcastic undercurrent through the whole thing - must be a Will Young fan"!! I do prefer Gareth with longer hair but he obviously prefers the shorter look these days - hopefully he'll get a part that requires it longer!
  2. Thanks for the lovely report SarahJane, your photos are brilliant - can't believe how close we were to the stage! So pleased you were able to see Gareth afterwards - he always makes so much effort to come out and meet his fans, shame so of the others didn't. I thought his outfit was really nice, made him look even more handsome! Love Val xxx
  3. Glad you got home ok Val - we were on time but the train was very full with lots of people having to stand - thank goodness we had our reserved seats!! Agree with everything in your report - such a good night and I was really pleased that all the Osmond fans gave Gareth such a good reception. There was lots of interaction with the audience and a brilliant audience who all joined in. Looking forward to seeing it in Manchester next month. Thanks from me as well to Yvonne and Chris and Val and Doris for your company. Love Val xxx
  4. Thanks Chris and Val - really looking forward to seeing the show next week, sounds as though it will be a good one!
  5. Thanks for the link Val, nice interview and Gareth's speech was excellent when you think how busy he has been over the last few weeks!!!
  6. Thanks Val, loving the tweed jacket with the skinny jeans look - very stylish!
  7. I got an e-mail offering the opportunity to cancel if I didn't want to wait for the new date - of course I won't be doing that!!
  8. Really looking forward to it arriving - it was a really brilliant night in the theatre!
  9. How lovely of Gareth to give us a hand written message - especially when he is so busy at the moment with Panto! I hope 2013 will be a better year for him and still hoping that he will announce some more gigs - especially nearer to Manchester.
  10. Thanks Heather - really enjoyed watching that.
  11. Thanks very much for the link to your article Emily. It's brilliant that you have been able to tell so many people how Gareth has helped you find a way to overcome your stammer and you should be very proud of yourself.
  12. £40 is good value for something like this - when you think what we pay for a theatre ticket! So pleased for Gareth that he is able to do it in his home town as well, we know how much he loves Bradford.
  13. I think you might enjoy it more than we did Maria as you're much younger than us - hope you do anyway, and if nothing else you do get to see Gareth!
  14. Val, the screaming girls that Doris mentioned were the ones on stage! We really couldn't tell a word they were saying and as we were on the front row of the circle I don'y know what it must have been like for anyone else! Having said that the full house audience seemed to like it though no standing ovation at the end which we're used to for Gareth's shows. Very pleased I'd only booked to see it once - not a patch on Loserville which I loved.
  15. Wow - a long and busy tour - quite surprised that it only has one night in Manchester but 5 in Darlington and 6 in Swindon!!
  16. Hope the weather stays fine for them - Matt's parents garden looks amazing!!
  17. Thanks Doris - must get myself into Manchester - such a nice photo!!
  18. Thanks Val - haven't watched them all but recognised the two young girls Sydney and Stacey as being the ones who came running over to their parents who were next to where I was stranding. The girls were jumping up and down and absolutely thrilled that they had Gareth's autograph and he had called them babe - as they went away they shouted 'thanks Gareth', it was so nice to see!
  19. Hope you enjoy the show Val, I'm sure you will!! Looking forward to reading one of your lovely detailed reports.
  20. I had fabulous day and once again was good to meet with other Gareth fans. Valr was our accountant, our purchasing clerk and our waitress. You will be pleased to know that your trial is over Val and we can offer you the job permanently Thanks. OOOOps - obviously did the job too well, now I'm stuck with it!! I enjoyed the day too, really enjoyed Loserville and thought Gareth played the part really well - who knew he was so good at acting as well as singing! Looking forward to MM on Thursday and seeing most of my Gareth friends again. (We'll miss you Chris!) Love Val xxx
  21. The link worked for me ok. Such a nice relaxed interview, Gareth is such a hard worker and I'm full of admiration that he always wants to challenge himself instead of settling for an easy life. I smiled at his Mum wanting to know what he wants for his tea - I must say I'm just as bad when my boys are here and they're 37 and 35 and married as well!!
  22. Love this one Maria - thank you.
  23. Brilliant reviews so far! I'm really pleased for all the cast and the writers - it must be very difficult getting people interested in a new musical but with these reviews from the critics, they must feel all the hard work has been worth it! Well done Gareth on once again challenging yourself and being successfull!!
  24. Thanks Heather - nice to see Gareth even if it's for a short time. He's obviously very excited about the show as well, can't wait to see it.
  25. Thanks so much for the link - just listened to the interview and really enjoyed it. Gareth sounded so happy and relaxed, hoping for more of the same on Graham Norton who I think is a very funny interviewer.
