I'd also particularly like to know what you think of the "dragon" symbol we've used. Is this appropriate for SE Asia? Snowdrop Posted April 9, 2006 Report Share Posted April 9, 2006 Unfortunately due to a manufacturing error at the DVD factory, some of the DVDs that I've already sent out aren't playing properly. I think I've worked out why and will be able to burn some more to replace those ones, but it will be a few more days as I need to get more DVDs etc. If you need your DVD urgently (ie you are going away or it's a gift), please let me know and I'll give you priority. I can confirm that I've not sent a DVD to you as your cheque had not been received by the time I did that first batch. It's MaggieMags who processes all the cheques etc, and she's away this weekend, so unfortunately I don't know if she had received it or not before she left. I'll make sure she checks on her return. We've been a bit behind schedule because of the problems I had with that first batch, as I had to re-burn them all. Did you get my reply pointing out that it was written by Mr K. Taylor because it was a birthday present for me? Have only just started using computers, and I may have not done it right. I am gutted and really hope that I am not too late to order again. Can you confirm to me that if I put another cheque in the post today, this time written by me, that I can still have my order.
